Our Healthy Aging Group Exercise program, conducted in a fully-equipped gym setting, focuses on essential areas of fitness for older adults:

Before You Start

Before joining our group sessions, every participant undergoes an initial assessment. This one-on-one session helps us understand your current fitness level by evaluating strength, balance, mobility, and cardiovascular health. From this assessment, we tailor an individualized exercise program specifically for you, ensuring that you receive the most effective and safe training to meet your personal goals.
